The day before my mother had bought a watch. The staff were very friendly and it was a lovely watch, but the problem was that the second hand on the watch was very loose. When we went to return it the next day, the staff were very rude. There were about three employees standing around doing nothing. We waited for about five minutes and when we asked for help, one of them told us 'one second' and then went to serve people who had just walked in the front door. The replacement watch has a stopwatch that was broken. By then my mother was simply too frustrated to go back for the third time. Moral of the story? Always check your watch before you leave this place.
