I was in town to visit my 93 year old Grandma. She is not able to get into our truck. So I called JB Taxi. They said I could reschedule the ride. I did so 3 hours before pickup. Pickup time, 5 pm comes and they are supposed to pick us up at my grandmas nursing home so I can take her to dinner. Nobody shows. I call. I'm told they will call me back. No call back. I call 10 minutes later and am told the driver is on her way and she is going to call me immediately. 20 min latet, no taxi, no call. I call 38 more times. No answer. My son finally got through and it's now 540. The driver says she will arrive in 30 min which would be 610. An hour and 10 min late. Well at 620 she isn't tgrrr. I call 5 times, no answer. At 640 she arrives. I politely declined the ride. My 93 year old grandma had missed her dinner at the nursing home and at the restaurant.
