Brought my pc in for a quick fix in exchanging a few parts. They seemed really nice and easy to work with. I had called about bringing it in ahead of time. They seemed to be quick about taking it in for a great price. I was needing the pc back and running ASAP! Traveled really far just to get parts to bring it to Computer boy because they told me they could get all of it done and fixed by the next day. Well. The next day I called. They didn't even start on it. I decided to pick my pc up and do it my self. When I got there. There was no one in the store besides the owner and his technician. I didn't see why they couldn't get to a simple fix. Which literally took 45 mins for me to install the parts on my own and get it running agian. It's the trust that had been broken. Between service. If they couldn't get to it. They should of called. Meaning. Anything could of happend with out you knowing. What they could do with your pc. I like the guy. Just don't like the words they can not keep. Good thing though. I wasn't charged. And that. I respect. I will come back for parts of needed there. For service. I wouldn't take them serious.

Never open and charged me 175 for a 30$ fix

I'd tell my best friend that if he has a problem with his PC, one that he can't

handle himself, I'd say : Scoop up your machine, and take it to Computer Boy.

Computer Boy has small beginnings, but has grown and grown, due in large

Computer Boy is the brainchild of Mr. Fred Caldwell. he has a super-fine technician, Jimmy, who, when he isn't busy being the tallest guy in Grove, is working hard at his bench, making malfunctioning computers hum again like new. Jimmy is quite a fine and resourceful P C technician. But, let's say you need a keyboard and mouse combo..... you're in and out in a flash !! Do you need a power cord ? They have 'em. A flash drive ? Got 'em. How about a brand new laptop for that new graduate's first semester in college, or, are you a pro with a need for a professional workstation ? Jimmy can take your spec's, and build you a sizzling super-mini-tower, at the right price. At Computer Boy, people matter. Got a problem ? Don't panic !
