Heather is an amazing photographer! Very patient and perfects every pose! She makes the sessions FUN! I can't wait for our next sessions to come! :)

Great wonderful photographer who takes her time and amazing with our kids! Anyone who can deal and take amazing shots of wild kids and this girl has it!!

Love it! We have had our pictures taken with several photographers in this area and this photographer had a warm welcoming to her studio, she had all sorts of ideas and props to use. She didn't just jump right into it, she gave us her ideas and asked if we had any as well. She was great with our little boy, and was patient and kind when he wasn't in the mood for pictures! It was quick, simple, enjoyable, professional, FUN, and we are 100% happy with the photos and the experiance. Highly recommended!

This is Heather Fink, addressing your concerns.



1) I'd like to apologize for your experience not being a memorable time. I strive very hard to please my clients. I have a few questions & feelings on your review.

1) did you express your concerns at the time- I am unaware of this situation- so I'm going to say you did not.



2) satisfaction is my goal, I always encourage my clients to be fully honest with me. I WILL work until you are satisfied.



3) being the photographer we are expected to have the creative mind, pick clothes out, choose backgrounds etc. I have many clients who bring 15+ outfits & tell me to choose- they want my 'professional opinion'

I also always recommend a few places 'I'd' like to start- I always tell my clients up front to speak up- if they don't like a 'location' I choose- they tell me- I encourage it- as I said I want YOU happy. After I give my recommendations, I also ask if they have any requests... Alot of times people have seen something done & want it replicated as much as possible- I'm open for all of this.

And once again, 98% of clients come to me looking for guidance & suggestions on every area.



Yes, I take a lot of pictures during your session- from every angle & also duplicating similar angles to insure eyes are open smiles are good- this is my way of perfecting your portrait.

33 finished photos- is an average amount each clients views. There is no guarantee on the number of photos you will end up with, I've also found most clients don't like more then 30/ it makes it very hard to choose.



As I mentioned, if you did not express your concerns- I have no way of correcting the situation.



I get great feed back from many of my clients, appreciating the I take charge in their session & try to be creative.



You are however entitled to your own opinion & I apologize you feel the way you do! I have a wonderful client base & fans to follow that appreciate my style!

Pick someone else!! I have had many photo shoots done throughout the past 5 years, and this one is the worst yet. Out of the hundreds (over 200) of shots that were taken of us, we only received 33 to choose from, none of which were to our liking. The pictures that we did happen to like; the editing job was horrible. These photos resemble a 13 year old girl who has just gone photo editing crazy.

Unless you have planned exactly where you would like your pictures taken (outside), do not let her choose the outside locations. Her quality of work resembles a hobby, not professional.

If you like the idea of someone choosing THEIR favorites photos of you, and editing the way they like while you having no say at all; then Heather Fink is the one for you. If on the other hand you would like to have some say, you need to find someone else.
