I had used Sam's for a previous move and was very pleased. However the next move was a nightmare. I didn't buy the extra insurance because they did such a good and careful job the first time, that was a big mistake. They trashed almost everything they moved. They ignored my calls about the damage until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then they sent me a claim form from their insurance that will only cover damage at $0.60 per pound. Granted that was my mistake for trusting them to do the job right again, but now nearly a month later, nothing. Not one single word from the or their insurance. I included multiple color 8 x 10 photos of the damage with the claim! Looks like I will have to sue to get satisfaction. My advise is to stay away from this company.

I used Sam's Express Delivery to move from our old home to our new one in the same City. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and prompt sevice. It is rare for movers to be on time but S.E.D. surprised me by being early. They quoted me a fair price and stayed true despite some extra work needed on the delivered item placement. After 16 years in the same home I had accumulated a lot of stuff and they helped me move everything safely and within the estimated time. I highly recommend this company and thank them for making a difficult process much simpler.
