The Treasurer Office acts as the receiver and disburser of nearly all public funds for the Town of Groveland, Mass. The office is charged with the sound investment, management and safekeeping of the public funds. The Treasurer Office also collects of tax titles, and reconciles bank accounts, warrants, long- and short-term investments, and long- and short-term borrowing for retired employees. The office also provides income tax reporting and medical insurance records for retired employees. The Treasurer Office issues and collects real estate tax, personal property tax, motor vehicle excise and utility bills, as well as issues Municipal Lien Certificates. The Treasurer Office maintains its headquarters in Groveland.
