The people there are nice, but I won't be going back. My mattress cover was destroyed in a washer. I pulled it out and it was covered in sand and it was torn with stuffing coming out. They didn't offer to rewash, have it mended or anything. She just peered into the washer and said, "Oh yeah, it looks like there was probably sand in there before you used it." Then after drying my clothes, the dryer shrank a pair of my socks so small it looked like a two-year-old could wear it. I showed it to the lady and she just said, "Oh." and laughed. I'm so irritated. I had a really nice mattress cover and that was one of my favorite pairs of socks!
