This builder finally came to our home and pretended he was going to work with us to fix the problems, even took a sample of the floor tile. However, four weeks later we got a letter from him telling us he was accepting no responsibility for the problems we are having with our home. The problems are because of his poor dirt preparation and bulkhead he had installed, although now he is saying he did not install the bulkhead that we had that done. That is not true, all of the money we spent on the house went to him not to any subs. We have had other builders look at the house and they all agree it is because of his poor workmanship. We have filed a complaint with the TRCC and have paid for an inspection to be done by that state agency. This builder has taken it on himself to put pictures of the exterior and interior of my home on the internet without my permission. Again, please be careful when considering this builder to build your home. I am still willing to show anyone my home that is interested. I am planning to file a law suit against him if this problem cannot be solved by the TRCC.

We entrusted this builder with the construction of our retirement home. He was always ready to be paid but now that he has our money and we have problems, he has chosen to make himself invisible. We have been trying to get him to look at our problems and help us make those problems right. He will not even return my phone calls. He did send his supervisor out to look at my house but that is all we have heard from Archie. My house has many major problems that are caused by poor construction on the part of this builder. I will be happy to let anyone look at my home if you are considering using this builder.
