This company was contracted through Moving Staffers and ABF UPack to pack my ABF trailer. My expected appointment time was between 1-2pm on 6/25/15. At 1:50pm on 6/25/15, a female rep from Mr. Third Party called saying the movers were running behind and she did not know when they would arrive for my move. I said okay and asked if they would call me when they were on the way. She said they would.



The rest of the business day came and went and still no movers. Finally, at 9:30pm on 6/25/15, 2 movers show up with no advance phone call that they were on the way. UNACCEPTABLE. Are you seriously telling me that the most professional company Moving Staffers could provide is so terrible at estimating their moving times that it caused my move to start 8 hours behind schedule?!



I wasted an entire working day being available for a move that I ended up having to oversee after hours that went on until 12:30am on June 26, 2015. Their poor planning resulted in me losing an entire day's worth of pay at my own job, not to mention, nearly throwing off my entire moving schedule with ABF. The movers were clearly exhausted after having started their day at 8am that morning. No person in a physically laborious job such as moving is able to perform at full capacity after already being on the job 13 hours. I will NEVER utilize the services of Moving Staffers or Mr. Third Party. Overpriced, unprofessional, poor communication, and frustrating; all the things you DON'T want when relocating.



Save yourself the headache and save some money and look elsewhere for movers. I've moved several times and Moving Staffers supplying me with Mr. Third Party was the most expensive and the worst experience I've ever had.
