I gave them 1 star because the best thing on the table was the Pepsi and they had nothing to do with making it!

Forget anything they call seafood unless you like the taste of mushy shrimp and really fishy tasting scallops. And the crab is the fake stuff that has the texture of cardboard and a taste to match.

Look, I realize this isn't Los Angeles, New York or Chicago, but there is no excuse for bad food, especially Chinese food that is really hard to screw up because of all the great flavors you can use.

The waitress was very nice and helpful so don't stiff her on the tip, it's not her fault.

Most forgettable Chinese food this side of the Mississippi.
