My daughter and her friends was shopping today (6-7-08) and a employ named Krystal said some very mean things to my daughter and told her to leave and not to come to this store ever again.

Now my daughter and her friends were shopping for stuff to go on vac with, and this employee EMBARASSED, Violated her rite's and more, because my daughter never done anything wrong in or around this store what so ever.

This employee said to my daughter are ya'll been swimming and my daughter said yes, then this employee Krystal said her mother liked to swim but can't she was killed in a motorcycle wreck, and then said to my daughter and friend's to leave and don't come back and they was not welcome at her store.

See my daughter was also in this wreck too and we have been to court and the court said it was just another accident and everything has been settled and over with for some time now.

Now this wreck hasn't got anything to do with where you shop at, but it must have at this store because Krystal must own it or something, I thought the customer has a rite to shop at any public store of there choice as long as the customer didn't break any of the store's rules, and remind you my daughter has done nothing wrong at this store, and this employee has done stuff to my daughter at this store before, but we just let it go the first time but now she has just went to far today, a employee should be a lot better to there customer's and don't make no matter's whom the customer are, I don't know if the store is responsible for there employee's or not but i think they are as well as the employee is for there self as well,and there action's too.



My daughter was in a wreck too like i said before and had a very hard time with it and it took a long time before she would even go out side of the home or even school and this employee Krystal has just brong back bad memories and everything, and it has took a lot of work from the Doctor's to even get her this far, Now we have to start all over again with my daughter and more doctor bill for her now, Your employee don't even know my daughter, and had no rite to even aproch her in this way and to say the bad things she said to her today, So we are tired of this lady Krystal treating my daughter in this mannor, so now I have only one choice But contact my attorney whom handled this wreck and get him to handle this employee's mannor's and behavor, In the paper signing it states that no one in this Krystal's family is to discrimate against her in anyway, My daughter doesn't even know this lady thats a employee at this store and had no rite what so ever to do what she has done today, I am her father and I will see that there is something done about this matter as soon as i can and it don't matter what it cost me either, rite is rite and wrong is wrong and today your employee was in the wrong and she has undone a lot of mental stuff my daughter has tried to put behind her for some time now, and my daughter was doing so good too, but your employee on the job did hurt my daughter in several ways and violated her rites in your store.
