Go to a regular FedEx office instead of PostNet. PostNet will tack on a substantial (~15%) fee to use their services. I had a bad experience with this PostNet. I was told my package would arrive next day (Saturday), but it didn’t get delivered until Monday. Partly my fault for not reading the fine print, as they had rung it up different than what I was told. You should be able to trust what you’re told by a clerk, and when a mistake is made, a business should offer more than ‘tough luck buddy, you signed for it.’
