I went to this store planning to buy a power wheelchair, a lift chair and possibly a stair lift. I encountered an employee who was so rude, obnoxious and supercilious that she:



1. Couldn't be bothered to tell me what products they carried.



2. Knew better than I did what I needed to do and what I had done to prepare for this purchase.



3. Gave me erroneous information about their website.



3. Plainly couldn't wait to get me out of the door. So I obliged her and left. Fortunately, Albany has competitors, so I needn't ever return.
