Will never visit again!
I visited Ballou's a few weeks ago with a large group of women. The pricing and number of wine tastings was negotiated prior to our visit. While the wine and atmosphere was ok, the food was average and the professionalism of the owner was atrocious. I was shocked when the owner began yelling at our group coordinator in front of us all over the pre-negotiated rate for our wine tasting. Additionally, he tried accusing us of not paying for the amount of flights serviced, when the number in question (2) were flights that his waitress spilled!
I've never experienced/witnessed an owner behaving so unprofessional. Does he not realize the ramifications of his actions? There were about 30 women at this event who were witness to his antics. How many of us will go back to Ballou's? I know I will never go back!
