The girls behind the counter in the pharmacy this morning were uncaring, snotty and nasty. The pharmacist, Clare, spent the entire time on the phone complaining about how tired she was and how busy it was....I was the ONLY one at the counter. They checked my refill 2 weeks ago and said all was approved if I picked it up after the 19th. I went in today, the 22nd and the discount card will not apply and once again they are too busy to call and find out why. I asked "you are busy I am the only one here" and was told it is Christmas. I will be switching all my scripts across the street or to Big Y. The pharmacist "VP" is wonderful but I cannot always go when he is there.
