We have never experienced anything bad with Alexander's. They have always been true to their word with us and have been using them for almost 40 Years. The first year we moved here our unit went out on the 4th of July. I called them and he ordered a new unit that day and installed it the next day. I have never called them when they didn't come as soon as possible. When they tell you they will be here at a certain time you can expect them.
