Ben was a great salesman he listened to what we had to say and what we wanted and took us to some great units we found the perfect one we worked everything out and got the deal together traded mine in and walked out with our new camper great service from him

my wife and I recently purchased a camper through camping world. we did not by at this location due to recent bad experience. but, we were told that all camping worlds were inter-related. I had two minor problems with our camper, and with them being local, I decided to get the issues taken care of through them. NOT! instead of trying to help me with these issues, the service guy sent me a person who was trying to sell me something! needless to say, I left angry and will not ever set foot in this business again. if you have problems with your camper, find you another store to go to. these people do not care.

We own a 2014 5th wheel made by KZ and one of the slides wouldn't work so we went to this Camping World and were told that they didn't sell or repair that make. Told us to go to Tallassee. We understood that they served all, guess we misunderstood.

They damaged my travel trailer then tried to charge me for it. I brought in a perfectly good working travel trailer (only 13 months old) to get the bearings greased. They talked me into an annual inspection. They called me the next day and said it had a bad power converter and bad coil in the fridge ($500+ repair). I declined service and brought it home to find out that they blew my microwave and clock radio also. Clearly they plugged it into bad power. I was using all of this the day before I gave it to them and know it all worked fine.

Do not buy an RV from Camping World of Gulf Breeze! Their sales team members are incapable of telling the truth. They will say anything to get you to take delivery of your vehicle. I purchased from them and found issues with my vehicle during the inspection. I was assured by their staff that they would coordinate repairs quickly after I took delivery. They lied. My brand new RV has been in the shop for 4.5 of the 6 weeks I've owned it awaiting warranty repairs. If service after the sale means anything to you, look elsewhere for an RV.

CAUTION. These folks are Over Priced, and work quality is very bad. A Kindergarden child could do better than these folks. My 03 Minnie Winnie was not caulked like we had asked for. Sales Lady did not follow thru on prep process. RV's are overpriced, and their repairs lacks Quality.
