cleanliness of the store is decent at best. quality of food is variant depending on the time that you order. staff is mostly friendly, with standout exceptions towards dayshift and on the off chance i order at night, pam . whenever these two are working, you can expect the utmost service and quality that this particular location can offer. i have had equally as bad an experience as my best one due to sloppy shift management and rude employee encounters. i do not wish to name who i have had these encounters with, as i'm sure they are trying their best. unfortunately, my experience has not been consistent, which is what i look for in a restaurant worthy of my repeat business. 7/10
