The room was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the deposit that was required before our stay was never returned to us. It was just my girlfriend and I and we left the room nicer than it was when we got there. After a month passed by, and several attempts to get our deposit back, we finally got a response. It was being mailed. Now, several days later, we get a response that after 30 days has passed that there was a stain in the carpet. Funny, the deposit was supposed to already be mailed and there was no stain. Its the scam that you are always warned about. They had no intentions of ever giving the deposit back. Don't rent this property unless the deposit is waived because it will NEVER be refunded. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the professionalism of Sunburst and its employee/owner. We stay in Florida four or five times a year and we have never experienced this before.
