This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen! At least 10 people working with very few customers and I still couldn't get any help. Great selection but disorganized

Bob Tucker — I have never experienced a retail store that really tries to take advantage of their customers. I ran into Tropical Waves and bought 2 beach chairs for $16.99 each, walked out of the store, put them in the back of my SUV and I noticed they were very rusted. I went back in the store and wanted to return them for ones that were not rusted and I was told I could not return then because they were on sale and also I was told that all beach accessories were non-refundable anyway ... WTF ...I had only walked to my car and then right back in the store ... I asked for the manager and was told the same thing and then the cashier told the manager to "get that guy out of here". Incredible!

Everyone, please pass this along to any and every friend that you know that is going to Pensacola and tell them to to never shop at Tropical Waves at 3 Via DeLuna Dr.
