If you buy something from here you might as well buy a comfortable chair, big bottle of lube, bend over and get ready to be violated

When I bought my jet ski from here was told that the first oil change would be free. Of course when I went up there they first laughed then said that they would not honor there agreement. The two guys at the services department are very disrespectful and the salesmen lie and tell you anything to sign the paperwork, but after you do they do nothing for you. The way they do business is depressing don't buy anything from GSPS

Gulf Shores Power Sports..

Worst experience ever for buying a new boat and service. I ordered a new boat. Was told I would get a manufacturers extended motor warranty during a Spring promotion. A few days prior to delivery, I was told I would have to pay for it, but they would allow me to pay the dealership's "discounted" price. An option I added to the order I was told it would cost me $xx, but a few days prior to delivery, I was told it would cost me more $$. In my mind, it's called jacking up the price when they have you hooked. I was told I needed to bring a certified bank check when picking up the boat which I did. During the documentation processing (what a ripoff), I was then told that I would not get all the official paperwork for several days until the check clears. It took 8 business days for me to get all the paperwork I need to register the boat. The first set they gave me had the wrong trailer listed. OH did I mention their documentation fee was $812 ! AND they screwed that up. SO that was the purchase. Now on to the service. I was going to get my motors serviced elsewhere, but since I had 2 warranty items I wanted to get fixed, I choose to trailer the boat for the motors service and warranty. Trailing a large boat 100+ miles is expensive, time consuming and not easy. I called 3 times in advance to schedule the appointment and verify they would have the staff to service the motors and take care of the 2 warranty items. They said no problem. I left it with them all day. When I picked it up right before closing, they said they did not have time to fix the warranty items, BUT they sure had time to service the motors collecting $854 from my pocket. I am now in conversations with the boat manufacture to what options I have available as there are no other dealers within several hundred miles. I have never been flat out lied to as much as the staff at this dealership. The owner walked out several times when I was explaining my warranty issues to their techs. He not once then or when I purchased the boat ever said a single word to me, not thanks for spending BIG$$$ or anything. I find this rude. They kept trying to raise the price of the boat in the last 3 days prior to delivery. I do not trust them, they are money hungry and NOT people friendly. To my credit, I have purchased dozens of new vehicles and ATVs from various dealerships in the South. I have never had a worse experience. I would not trust them enough to buy a loaf of bread from them. I will never step another foot in that place. My suggestion to anyone considering buying anything from Gulf Shore Power Sports, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It may take a longer drive to get what you want, but it may save you a lot of headache down the road.
