We recently rented chairs from Ike's during our stay in Gulf Shores and had a bad experience. I will never stay in another condo that uses Ike's for their chair/umbrella service. The owner is most unprofessional. You should read others reviews before giving him your money.

Most unprofessional people I have encountered in quite some time. If you have a chance to rent from someone else you should.

Terrible service when I had a complaint the owner was rude and hung up on me . It is unfortunate that you have no choice who you rent chairs from when staying at condos so I will not stay in another condo that uses Ike's.

I have NEVER had anyone be so rude and me Still hand them my money, and given it to do over, I wouldn't. I called to get directions, and spoke to a "lady", and I use that term loosely, and the second call I spoke to a man,also used loosely, and Both were Rude. The man gave me an address, but refused elaborate on where I might find it, just kept repeating the address. After we got the chair and was on the beach, my wife tells me that when she went in(I couldn't due to the fact they have No ramp, and two flights of stairs) the man tells her I was rude to Him, and he has a good mind not to rent to me at all. Of course she waits to tell me this when we had already left, knowing I would have told him where to stick his beach wheelchair. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!
