I wish I could give them zero stars. They come to set up my tv, only to hook up one and not the other. Call support, get hung up on. Email them, once it goes through, it says I will hear in 24 hours (got a response a week later after an additional phone call). Call 4 days after that because none of my channels are working on my main tv. They fix that issue, but I still only have the "antenna" channels on my other tv, so I set up an appointment (the earliest of which is 2 weeks out). During those two weeks, I get between 2 and 5 automated calls a day asking if I want to cancel my appt.. UH NO! So the day of my appt, I'm not hearing anything, check my email and find an email thanking me for canceling my appt. I NEVER cancelled it. Called the number in the email, and the technician that was supposed to come out claims they called me. Well that's great but I'll screenshot you my call log, because I never got a call. Now I have to wait another 8 days for someone to fix my tv that should have been fixed on day one. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with!

Won't answer the phone....refuse to lock up the cable box outside of my apartment. So my neighbors hook up their cable by stealing mine. Then Mediacom claims that I had a "signal" all month. They take 3 weeks to even get to your house and then wont discount you for not having service for 75% of the month.

Pro-Super fast up and down speeds, Con- No customer service, if you have a problem they will not answer the phone. Also the internet seems to be down most nights rfom around 2 am until around 6 am

hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00- 4:30. closed for lunch from 1-2. closed sat & Sunday. they do accept equipment.
