My wife, Cynthia Farris fell & injured her left knee during family vacation on Oct. 8-9. She received EXCELLENT care and treatment from the entire medical team. Very much appreciate MIKE HALL for his kind and thorough service (XRay, medical prescriptions and professional treatment and advice.). We commend the entire team of nurses and staff at Baldwin Urgent Care Center!

The ladies in the office laughed at me on several occasions as I filled out my paperwork and asked them questions. My regular doctor sent me over here with paperwork so I could get an X-ray, and they told me it would be about a twenty minute wait. Well, an hour and a half later, after sitting in the lobby with no other patients waiting, I just left. It you want actual service, it's worth the drive to somewhere else.

Will never go back! The nurse we had was absolutely wonderful with our granddaughter. She knew what she was doing-she even told us it sounded like her antibiotic needed to be changed. The dr came in and he was extremely condescending and treated us as if we were idiots. He kept telling us yes she is sick, has fever, but he wanted us to stop her current antibiotic and he was going to give us codeine to treat her headache. He told us to bring her back in a few days to have her seen again if she wasnt better. Im sorry but he is an old school dr and i dont feel treating her headache with codeine is the answer for a child. He kept telling us we could go elsewhere and be seen if we wanted - wasnt impressed with his arrogance nor his bedside manner. Not a kid friendly md at all! Will not be back!

This is a conflicting review to write because the nurses and one of the doctors I had were just amazing but the first doctor that I had was Dr. Morrar and he was the most unprofessional, rudest doctor that I have ever come into contact with. I have a history of large kidney stones and drove 40 minutes to this urgent care center because it was the only one open at 10 on a Saturday night. I got there and the nurses were so sweet and got me in an exam room and he came in an asked my pain level one through ten. Well I was in severe pain and I told him it was a ten. He then proceeds to tell me that there's no way my pain is a ten with a normal blood pressure as heart rate, after three kidney stones I've gotten good at managing my pain, and tells me that ten is the worst pain you could possibly have. And that walking in here with my arm cut off would be a ten and that there was no way my pain was a ten. So I started crying and he just kept saying why are you crying why are you crying. Well because no doctor has ever questioned my level of pain before and he was so rude and then a nurse came in and asked why I was crying and he rudely explained that I was overreacting and repeated everything that he had just said. Thankfully soon after his shift was over and the amazing dr. Mcatee came and took over. He is hilarious and takes very good care of his patients. He called Thomas hospital er to make sure they knew I was coming and that I wouldn't have to wait long before being admitted. He also gave me his cell phone number in case they gave me any issues. Dr. McAtee and the nurses and xray techs are amazing and so professional and accommodating. Exactly who you want to be dealing with when in pain.

We came here first because of the hours--my kids were sick one weekend and they took great care of us. That was two years ago and since then we have been back repeatedly, for an eye injury, flu and colds. Each time we have been very pleased.
