After calling several pool companies in the area with a pool that had turned into a swamp . the pool pump had quit working . I found back yard escapes, I can not say enough about them their staff was courteous and very professional. They were on time with all the parts too effect the repairs and all the chemical to treat my pool the family was swimming the next day!! great company !!! I am now an avid customer.

I had to purchase a new saltwater system and after calling and getting quotes from many different vendors, Backyard Escapes had the best deal by far on the same system. I had enough money to also get my sand filter cleaned out and get some plumbing redone. David was awesome and he was patient with my ignorance of how the system actually works and answered all of my questions. He stands by his work and makes good on what he says. I would recommend Backyard Escapes for all of your swimming pool needs, you will not be disappointed.

Can't say enough! We bought a new house and hired Backyard Escapes as a consultant to teach us how it works and how to maintain it. They were on time, very thorough, and affordable. We were told by the old owners that we know more about the pool now than they ever did. The technician from Backyard Escapes even left us his cell number in case we got stuck. We visited there warehouse/ sales counter and had an equally pleasing experience from the retired navy fellow that tests our water now every couple of weeks. No doubt, these guys are good. We recommend highly.

I called Backyard Escapes with a simple question. "Can you make my Katrina damaged pool look new again." The answer I got was surprising. The man on the phone whom I presume was the owner said "Maybe, but I will have to see it first. We have seen many pools in the last 5 years that were not worth investing money in." I guess i was just expecting him to say he could do it sight unseen. I scheduled an appointment with them and they were on time. I called 3 other companies as well and only one of the three showed and he was 45 minutes late. Needless to say I went with Backyard Escapes. They did not finish exactly on time, but we had a lot of rain in July this year. The work they did however was phenomenal. I had this pool built in 1983 and I must say it looks better today than it did when it was brand new. My grandchildren have been swimming everyday right up until Halloween. I would recommend these guys easily. If I might suggest one thing though, read the fine print on the contract. There is an "Acts of God" clause that I did not read. We had a big party planned and the rain held them up considerably. I assumed it would be completed by the specified date. Obviously my fault, not Backyard Escapes.
