Can I give Dave 0 stars? Dave totally ripped me off and had the nerve to try and cheat me even further. Let me share my experience...

After examining my diesel generator that wouldn't start, he suggested it just needed added oil. I told him I would run to the O'Reiley a block over but he suggested I didn't "so i didnt have to drive". I accepted because I assumed by that comment that he had oil on hand. He actually sent someone to the same store to get it, then proceded to charge me for oil and travel time!

After adding oil to my generator, he noticed the problem (a belt) but he didnt have it in stock. As I had to adhere to my work schedule, I couldn't stay in town and wait for the part. Dave spent about a half hour looking up where on my travels I could find it.

After no luck, he handed me bill for $240 including "TWO HOURS LABOR". In fact it did take him two hours, as he and his crew smoked cigarettes, ate, and as one guy vomited (yes, vomited) into a trash can. All he did was add oil!

He began to argue that he spent time "researching" belts for me. He wanted me to pay him $95 a hour to play around on Google!!! After arguing and trying to get him to sympathize with my situation, he reduced it to one hours labor. At that point, I just wanted to leave.

Finally, after 8 hours waiting at his miserable shop, he had his 12 year old boy put back together the generator as he sat in his office.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DAVES MOBILE RV REPAIR TO ANYONE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great flexibility in responding to my unit and the technicians were top notch all the way around! I greatly recommend this company and their technicians.

This guy is a liar said he was coming work on rv never showed upnever called sad piece of work i could have called someone else

Needed Immediate repair. Responded as promised. Extremely satisfied with service and technician, Tom. If in the area again and need service, would call them without hesitation.

Dave is a rip off I would not recommend him to anyone. He also treats hos employees like dog poopoo.

Daves mobile rv repair is a rip off. He does not have good help at all. Every time I drop off my rv his help is just sitting around talking and smoking. I have to wait weeks and months to get my rv repaired so I can use it. How hard it is to repair my rv in a timely manner. I wait for parts forever it seems. I have even caught him in a few lies myself. There are a lot of other reliable rv repair places in gulfport. I think our family is threw using daves mobile rv repair. We may pay more but at least we will get an honest hard working company working on the rv in a timely manner.

Daves Mobile RV Repair was able to give me an estimate of what it would cost to fix my problem in my RV, order the parts in a timely manner and get me back on the road!! David and Shelly were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Daves Mobile RV Repair
