This is a family business totally controlled by one family. They use every dirty trick in the book to maintain that control. Dirty looks and bad attitudes are common And they will go out of their way to let you know you are unwanted. If you ask questions such why there is such a severe double standard they will tell you “if you don’t like it you can leave.” You are required to totally submit to their authority no matter how they act. You are always held to a different higher standard while they constantly excuse their behavior saying things like “if you would simply do as you’re told we would not have to treat you that way. There is no pastoral oversight or fiscal accountability no matter what they say.
