Provided by YP.comIt was my fault. I signed up for Direct TV package at Sam's Club. They had no regular hours so I went to Starvision who is the local authorized dealer to get a job completed. ATT was part of the bundle and didn't contact me for installation. Doona called ATT for me and got the installation schedule. Even though the deal wasn't through them, she helped me get my internet and phone schedule for installation. They will get my business from now on.
