Took over $2600 said he specialize in saving children suppose to be lawyer for my brother, my brothers son almost a yr old Mr. Eubanks only took my brothers money didn't do nothing at all we r trying to find him if anyone knows where he is HELP please he takes your money n lies to you just to get more money has never done anything. Had to get new lawyer try to find Mr Eubanks HELP address needed

Absolutely the worst attorney I have ever dealt with, very unprofessional, he is only ever at his office or answers his phone just to collect money, after two years trying to get a simple divorce I am still waiting, the judge signed off and he lost and forgot to file papers, and still refuses to return calls, probably because I already paid him, the little time I spent in his office there were many people complaining about the same issues, it is wrong that he can take advantage of people who are in need of help. It is obvious what the problem is, anyone taking money from less unfortunate people then running off and disappearing for days after getting some money then only returning when money is gone it is obvious what the problem is, and a person should not be conducting the law in that condition!!! I hope I can save others the headache of dealing with this lowlife and save their time and money and find a real professional and I hope others speak out against this problem
