GREAT SERVICE! Quick turn around! I originally took my Yamaha Jet Ski to Gulf Shores Power Sports (AWFUL people!). Jet Blast was able to fix someone else's mistake, text me pictures of what was wrong, and flashed NINE codes on my jet ski that were not there before I paid Gulf Shores Power Sports for service. Jet Blast fixed someone else's mistake and for a VERY low price compared to what we paid before. This is the best place on the entire gulf coast! They are better than Halls and Gulf Shores Power Sports. They care about people (when I told them what had happened to us they were all ears and eager to help me). They have earned mine, my family, and my friends business for LIFE!

After visiting multiple shops that could not help me with my bike, I finally was recommended JetBlast by a friend of mine. Even before they looked at my bike I could tell things would be different. They took their time to listen to the extensive problems I was having with it and assured me they would get in touch with me as soon as they had an update. A few days later they called and had it the problem figured out. The service advisor took his time to go over everything it needed and gave me a detailed description of why. I probably spent 45 minutes on the phone with him because I had so many questions, and not once did he seem like he was irritated with my many questions and answered them all thoroughly. I spent less money getting it fixed right with Jetblast then I did at three other shops that couldn't even tell me what the problem was! They'll always have my business and can't wait to recommend them to all my friends and family!!

My son has been trying to get me to purchase a jetski for quite some time. I had never owned one, and did not know a whole lot about them. A friend of mine recommended Jetblast to me, so I figured I'd go and check them out. The first day I went in, the staff was extremely patient with me when I explained to them I knew absolutely nothing about jetskis, and they spent a lot of time answering every single question that I had. They were not pushy at all and sent me home with some reading material so I could do my own research. Duke even reached out to me a few days later to make sure I didn't have any other questions. After going back in two more times I found exactly what I was looking for, and purchased it. Let me tell you, the customer service from this place definitely does not stop at the sale. After we finished the paperwork and they spent over an hour showing me how to properly flush the ski and going over how to use all the features, they informed me they take every customer to the water at Gulfport Lake to make sure I was completely comfortable with it and that we knew exactly how to operate it! This caught me completely off guard! It was a very informative experience and I think it helped both me and my son way more then we could have imagined! The best part was we got a free T-Shirt! :-) In all seriousness though, this is by far the best customer service I have ever received, and will continue to go back to them for anything I need.

Stay away from this place. I recently had a tune up on a water craft at this shop. Amongst numerous additional charges, they charged me for 89.7 hours of labor! You seen it correct, 89 hours to change oil and plugs on a water craft! $300.00 in labor. Also, a $51.00 Misc charge plus tax! All said they charged me $640.00 for an oil change. I didn’t argue it with them, its not worth it… STAY AWAY! I have been told about them by others, and I gave them the first and only chance they will get for my business. And they have the never to say “thank you for your business and see you in 50 hours”…. LOL you will not see me in 50 years! Also, if you do not pick up your item in quickly,. They will charge you $100.00 storage fee! You have been warned. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
