I do not recommend this restaurant, although the one on Pass Road is nicer. The food is mediocre and the service workers are rude. I was taking a picture of the ceiling decorations and one of the workers came over and demanded I delete my pictures. Whew. It was not a pleasant moment.

I DON'T RECOMMEND

I do not recommend eating at this location. I am not sure about the one on pass road, but this one has changed the menu once again. There beans are disgusting, they are whole beans. Every time I go, I get something different hoping to get the item topped with the cheese sauce instead of the red sauce. (FYI: The only item that consists of cheese sauce on top is the steak burrito.) Every Mexican restaurant I have eaten and ordered the chimichanga I did not have to specify cheese sauce. However this time, I was advised I needed to tell them this upfront when I sent my food back (since I refused to eat it with the red sauce). After waiting another 20 minutes for them to prepare it once again, the chicken was so hard to chew, the bread was soggy & greasy, and the cheese sauce wasn’t worth the $1 I got charged for it plus they slapped on the guacamole I specifically said none of. As if the food was not the worse part, we wound up waiting another 15 minutes till we got our ticket (he already took my plate with ¾ of the food still on there (not asking if I would like a to go box,) and I was slapped with the extra charge for the “sauce.” Once again, I met the manager, he said, “I told you not come with it, what you expect it be free, you eat free.” I said “no you didn’t say I was going to be charged for this sauce, usually they tell you up front when you add something.” (I wasn’t refusing to pay the ticket just the extra charge because that was ridiculous. I have never met someone in a restaurant setting (manger at that) not make sure everything was right or taken care of, especially after I receive my food. Therefore, I dropped the whole thing and said “never mind it’s not worth it.” I will not be eating there again. However, like I said I do not recommend eating here. I have given them a couple chances before and the service is usually the same, slow and some just look at you like they are not sure what you are saying (unless it is a number or you point.) This is just my opinion and I am giving anyone who wanted to know about the service or food a heads up. (If you were wondering this was my experience on 4/15/09.)
