My daughter was in a car accident with a company 6 yrs ago. The company was at fault. I wouldnt consider ot a major accident but there was some injuries. We never received payment but we did receive bills. I tried several time to reach out to Mr. RICHARD SMITH, however he was either always in court or he returned my call with no updated information. I also went to his off and was never able to get ahold of him. I believe that he is a fraud and has gotten paid and kept out money. Unfortunately, no other lawyer wants to get involved because of the time lapse. He is not to be trusted
