Lot selection was limited due to pandemic as was our choice to limit our exposure, so we opted for a remote purchase with Pat Peck Honda. When a Pilot was delivered that we wanted, the salesman contacted us to discuss and we agreed on price and trade-in. We emailed photos of the VIN, mileage, and interior/exterior of our ‘17 Pilot to the salesman. Spoke on the phone with both finance and salesman to ensure all data was emailed as needed.
The next day, the kind and professional salesman arrived in our driveway in our new ‘22 Pilot. After looking over both cars and reviewing features of the new Pilot we signed papers, exchanged keys and the salesman drove off in our old faithful/reliable ‘17 Pilot. The whole process took about 30 minutes!
I’ve purchased a couple of dozen new cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasing experience of them all. Pat Peck Honda sales and finance staff are professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Best care buying experience ever! Thanks to all at Pat Peck Honda.

This company is horrible! My experience from buying the vehicle to now dealing with canceling my GAP coverage so I can refinance my vehicle with my insurance company for a much lower interest rate has been the longest process and the staff at this particular dealership do not hold up to their word what so ever! I will never buy from this company again and I will do my best to share to as many people as I can my horrific experience with them.
