Provided by YP.comThis company deserves no stars, but it would not let me leave a star unchecked! In the past year, we have been stood up by this taxi company 4 times. We called and made reservations and confirmed. We were told they would be there. Three times for my son to be picked up at work and taken home. One time my husband made a reservation to go to the DFW airport and they never showed. He confirmed this reservation twice. We called, got a few excuses and hung up on several times. This last time, my son needed a ride home, they assured us they would be there. We were all out of town and he was left sitting at work for over two hours until someone could get there. Their excuse was....things happen. They did not bother to call him and let him know there was a problem. They hung up on my husband when he called to ask why this had happened again. Do not use this taxi company...these people have no business being in business!
Hi Linda this "cab company" is a mere hobby at this point with the economy and the price of gas you should be lucky enough that we actually answered the phone in the first place. Just a fyi I considered shutting down this "small town" cab service because it's peaks and valleys and never a consistent or profitable income. At this point we run people when we can because its just doesn't pay the bills anymore!So sorry for the inconvenience however maybe you should take a look at the bigger picture next time at the overall condition of this area instead of assuming we were plotting against you in some kind of conspiracy.
