Found them to be far from honest. I had a tow (recovery) that we expected to be $225 that cost over $700. We were told the hourly fees upfront, The $75 trip charge, $100 an hour charge seemed fair and reasonable and we agreed to pay. However it all changed because of nothing we did, but rather something Gun Barrel Wrecker; did. They got two of their own wreckers stuck and we paid for their time to get their own vehicles out!!!! Have you ever heard of a company charging for something they did out of their own neglegnece and then wanting to charge the customer for the extra 4 hours ($400) ? Gun Barrel Wrecker driver, Craig, lost his patience in attempt to recovery my vehicle. . The story is too long to write in a review, but the owner felt there was no compromise. Very poor customer service. After this experience I left feeling used and realized what a shady world the Wrecker industry is.

I contacted Steve yesterday and was given exemplary customer service through and through. They helped us get a very difficult car out of a not so easy location and did in fact get it done after hours with no hassle at all. They were very courteous and professional and I would absolutely use them again in the future, thanks guys:)

These guys are yahoo's... Totally unprofessional individual... Called this morning (about 5:30 am) for a 25 mile tow and was informed that they didn't do that sort of thing till later in the day... So much for 24 hour service... When I ask about the 24 hour service that was stated on their web site, I was told in a 'not so pleasant' manner that I would just have to wait till later in the day and he hung up. Personally I think that if a business advertizes 24 hour service, they should actually be able to back up the claim...
