Provided by YP.comThis is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They sold us the boat in September 2015 and was not working properly they said they would fix it. Took it back 4 Times and they never fixed it and then charged us for it. They charge just for an oil change and filter change and never did it. We have taking it to another place to have it looked at and fixed. There is something wrong internally in the motor and they knew it from the start and sold it to us anyway. We now have a boat we cannot use. I will be suing him for the total of the boat. Richard is a thief and The worst businessman I have ever dealt with. I don't understand why this man is still in business. And now he has turned off his phone again

Provided by YP.comVery dishonest owner, this shop had my boat for 4 months and I never received an honest answer from anyone that I talked to. I ended up having a much bigger problem after I finally picked my boat up after the owner fired all of the current employees and called me to ask why I brought my boat in and that there was not any paperwork associated with it. I went from a minor problem to a serious engine problem and the owner refused to talk to me. Not exactly the best customer service.
Bottom line - stay away from this place. Sadly I was a repeat customer until this awful time.

Provided by YPmobileRichard Lowder and The Boat Shop has the worst service ever. They do not service what the sell and Richard Lowder does not communicate to his staff. Buyers beware, I will not step foot into this place and I have been a boat owner for over 30 years. They do not follow through with promises made at the time of the sale. Go to another city or older what you need on Amazon!
