My brother, friend, and I were stuck at the Devil's Punch Bowl on the way to Crested Butte with a broken down clutch. Gifford came across us and gladly towed us back to Marble, CO while picking up a disabled motorcycle. Him and his partner are hands down stand up guys. Glad to have met them!

My husband and I broke down on Hwy 50 in our Dodge Diesel pick-up truck while pulling a 30' 5th wheel trailer. We were about 15-20 minutes from Gunnison Colorado on a two lane highway with gentle hills and curves and were barely able to get our rig out of the travel lane as the engine sputtered out it's last bit of life. A state trooper stopped to help signal oncoming traffic of our precarious situation. Our Triple Cross tow driver arrived very quickly and with great care and competence hooked us up and towed us into Gunnison. After dropping the truck and trailer at the repair center, the trailer was disconnected and the truck pushed into a repair stall leaving our trailer still sitting in the parking lot. The driver then went home, picked up his personal truck with a 5th wheel hitch, came back to the dealership and towed our trailer to the KOA campground where we could hook up and hang out while the truck was being repaired. The care and concern he showed us was old-fashioned (in a wonderful way) and my husband and I will never forget his helpful attitude and going 'above and beyond' to help out a traveler a long way from home. It would be IMPOSSIBLE to get better service from a tow company.
