I have used Alford trash for about 3 years. I have never had a problem. I think one time they skipped me and I called and they came the next day. I pay annually and get a really great price. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Alford Services for trash service and demolition. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I have used them for over 20 years and never had any issues. I would recommend them for your trash and demolition needs.

If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service, trash has been left all over the yard, not all trash picked up, or no trash at all picked up, and constant issues with billing. Rarely ever received a bill, Cindy Alford has on more than one occasion taken it upon herself to charge our credit card with out permission. She would skip months at a time and take out 2 months at a time. Or take out a month in advance. Picked up our trash cans after we have paid service and returned after trash day. We have canceled service with them, they have not picked up trash, or their cans in a month, and we just had an unauthorized debit from our bank account by them. Terrible service. Do not use them.

Never answers the phone unless you call on a blocked number. She screens your calls. We canceled trash service when they took our cans after we had paid. Her excuse was (we didn't take you off the list to take your cans) haven't used them in a month and she charges my card again with out permission. Use progressive. They are way better

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE!!! The owner is a LIAR AND THEIF! The billing was always off and every other week I got a different price to pay. She threw away my dumpster and then charged me $75.00 to "replace" another dumpster that she then stole back!!

I was talked into going back to there service after they started back up a few years ago since then they have been very unreliable and on 2 occasions billed me twice for the same month. I do not recommend Alford services.

Great service at a great price!!!!!! Have gotten several neighbors to use them and they are also happy. Give them a call, you won't be sorry.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. If the weather isn't good, they don't dump the dumpster. You can NEVER get ahold of them. No one is in the office and you leave a message and about two weeks later you get a call. Don't use them!!

Great service, friendly owners...they do exactly what they say they will do at an affordable price!
