The owners/management are extremely rude and have zero customers! I asked why a birthday service wasn't presented to me earlier in the week when I paid and order my cakes? I asked if they had one or if I could reserve a section and was informed they didn't do that. That you just come in and they ask that no out side food or drinks are brought in. Well I get there and a section was reserved but not for me another party. Instead of acknowledging that an error was made I was pretty much called a lier because they have all worked there for 10 years and they would never not show me the party sheets and were tossing there reservation note book at me. I pointed at who I'm sure is the female owner and said she was here ask her it was not shown to me. She stood silent and looked down at the floor. The manager just said they would never and I was wrong. I was asking for nothing free and had already paid for everyone's food and two cakes etc. but I would have liked to know for the future but not Now!!!! Don't waste your money.

That dairy queen is a disaster! The people who own/manage that location are so rude and honestly don't even care. I ordered 2 large blizzards the other day through the drive thru and after I got to the end of the parking lot I realized they didn't even get the ice cream to the top on either one so I turned around and went back through. The manager gave me some stupid song and dance about thats industry standard and he's been with DQ for more then 20 years an that's how they always filled them and the picture on the menu is tilted so thats not accurate. First of all, $5 for a blizzard is already a lot the least you can do is fill it to the top, second, 20 years? I'm so sorry, that must be a living nightmare! Third, a blizzard is more solid then it is fluid so you don't have to be a physics professor to know that no matter how tilted the picture it would still not matter if it was tilted! What a terrible operation!
