BEST BUY is the worst store th...

BEST BUY is the worst store that I have ever done business with!!! I was unfortunately given a gift card from Best Buy for starters; because like the last comment...the return policy is an absolute JOKE! The gift card was for $182.70 and I purchased online a product for 64.19 after taxes...somehow I was charged TWICE for the ONE item that I wanted and for another 54.32...BALANCE 00.00 ; so i said cancel the whole order and start over; but with many reviews AND their mistake and many people apologizing for their mistake and for sitting on hold for 45 minutes at a time to be hung up on...i can't help but feel ripped off!!! so they credited me 54.32 and still have yet to ship out the same 2 items! because God forbid I would be able to take matters into my own hands and return one of them! ABSOLUTE JOKE AND RUN AROUND...SO IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO BE ROBBED FROM AND TIME FOR THIS MATTER...BEST BUY WILL DO YOU GOOD!

March 16, 2012...after the initial frustrations...Best Buy did make good with the corrections...the manager Nick at the Mundelein location was extremely professional, accommodating and kind. Thank you Best Buy for putting my fire out.
