I would like to compliment Kelly, the Pick-Up Warehouse Supervisor. On 4/12/18 I ordered tile online. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, Kelly told me that she had tried to call me. There was not enough tile to complete my order. She contacted other stores and found enough tile. She had the Gurnee truck to pick up my tile & deliver it to Gurnee the next day. I had a contractor coming the next day to hang the tile and I didn't want my job delayed. If I did not receive the tile on Friday, the job would be delayed. Kelly called me at 9am on Friday and told me my tile had arrived. Kelly provided awesome customer service and was professional and courteous the entire time. She listened to my concerns and made sure I would be a satisfied customer.
