Provided by YPmobileWe came here oct 16th and 17th with put 8 year old son and the atmosphere was far from what they advertise it to be. The place is EXTREMELY overpriced on everything from the room to the stale dried up food. Very sad experience when money is so tight today. Do not be foolish as we were and WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Provided by YP.comMe and my family usually go on a small vacation to a local water park every winter. Last year we made a horrible mistake and chose to go to the newest and most advertised water park, Key Lime Cove. The prices were ridiculous and the service was even worse. I really think they need to focus less on advertisement and more on training the staff.
They were out of towels every single time we were in the water park. The water park was extremely over-crowded.
Upon checking in, they didn't explain their no cash policy to us at all. Our first trip down to the water park, we tried to order a couple drinks and I was asked for my ID. (Who carries their ID along with them in their swimming trunks!?!?!) I had to go all the way up to the 3rd floor to get my ID. When I got back, I finally ordered the drinks after 10 minutes of waiting in line in the freeeeeeezing snack lounge and asked them to charge the drinks to our room. This was the first time that we were told that we needed to go to the front desk and put money onto our bracelet to purchase anything. After standing in the line at the front desk for over 15 minutes in my swimming trunks to ask them to add money to my bracelet, I was then told that I needed to bring back the credit card, (keep in mind they were requesting the same credit card they had on file for our room.) Of course I didn't have my credit card on me and I wasn't about to go back up the room on the third floor again!!! Needless to say, I gave up and me and my wife were not able to order the drinks.
My wife accidentally left behind a bag full of over $100 worth of beauty products. When we got home, we called the hotel to inquire on the missing bag and were transferred over to a voice mail. We called four times after that and left three messages for someone to call us back regarding the bag we left behind and never received one call back about it. We finally gave up and decided that we would just call it a loss and that we will never ever return to this place ever again!!!!

Provided by YP.comDW Anderson's at Keylime Cove left a lot to be desired. We entered the new Keylime Cove facility and it really takes you away from the cold & snowy winter. It is an incredible experience once you walk through the door. You feel like you just got off an airplane and landed in Florida. The inside is just paradise for adults, but especially for children. They have everything a kid could want. I live locally so we did not stay at the resort, but we wanted to see it. I decided to go to DW Anderson's in the resort for dinner. I'd say it was an expensive mistake. We had the onion ring appetizer for $6.99 10 rings kinda pricey, however the dipping sauce was great. My husband and I each had the fish sandwich at $10.99 each. The piece of fish was very small with few fries on the plate. The sandwiches were supposed to come with coleslaw on them and it was nowhere to be found. We asked the wait staff and they apologized and brought us out the slaw right away. The help was very attentive almost to attentive they kept asking over and over if we thought everything was good. I said Famous Dave's(same company) was a thousand times better. My son had the chicken strips they were okay, but again very few fries. To top things off half way through dinner they ran out of Ice Tea the restaurant wasn't even a quarter full. They made more but it took 15 minutes to get it. If some of the hovering help who had nothing to do, could have made sure things didn't run out. We also had Ice cream my Turtle Sundae was good but the pecans weren't roasted and salted so it tasted very bland. My son had a scoop of Rocky Road and he loved every bite. To sum up the experience... It is a cute looking place, but the food was fair at best, small portions, large cost and little taste.
