i ordered some consumables for my Lincoln plasma cutter 5-9-18, on the 11th i received an email stating they were short a couple pieces & would be receiving them the following week. To date, they still do not have the parts i ordered 3 weeks ago, i called to speak with a manager who told me she was going to call the shipping manager and call me back in approximately an hour - almost 2 hours later, still no word about my order. They did offer to ship what they did have as i would have to pay another shipping charge for the remainder or the order. If they can not figure this out today, i will just cancel the order & find another supplier. Will not be doing any more business with this company.
