I want to thank the lady I spoke with on the phone and she came through in the clutch. I never leave reviews but this is an exception. I had something going on and she assissted me in getting where I needed to go. Thank you! I want to also thank her coworker who was hilarious. Last but not least, I have to thank Miss Glenda who brought me something I left in her cab. She definitely made an exception but I appreciated it. They made sure I got to where I was going which is what matters the most. May you all be blessed with abundance.

Very bad if you call and get Trisha expect to wait about 30 minutes. If you get mike then he will tell you the honest wait time.

If I could offer a "negative star", I would. I called for a taxi not a few hours ago, and after waiting for three times longer than guaranteed the driver pulled up and yelled "I'm not picking you up" out the window before speeding off. I called the company and they said the driver said he "had problems" with me in the past. I have NEVER had a problem w/ anybody! The driver clearly thought I was somebody else and without even LOOKING at me (which would have proved I am NOT whomever he had a problem with) he just sped off. I was ASTOUNDED. I didn't even know what was going on! I called the operator and explained what happened and he told me the driver was not answering calls and that he had gone rogue.



I still have no idea what happened or why (because I've never had ANYTHING but pleasant exchanged w/ drivers in the past) but if you are considering using this service I would caution you.



The drivers are gratuitously late, and, apparently, completely unbalanced. Do NOT use this service.

If I could give this taxi company negative stars I would! This is the cab company for you if you don't want to get picked up at all even if you call 3 days or 6 hours ahead. You can't count on them at all and half the time no one answers the phone. I have no clue how they're still in business with how they treat customers. Avoid them like the plague and call anyone else for a ride.
