DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP

This is a dishonest dealership, with very poor business ethics, that uses internet quotes to deceive customers. The internet quote that I had received from that dealership turned out to be, very conveniently, "JUST A MISTAKE" when I presented it. The person who sent the quote was absent and his manager, with unknown name, did not care enough to step out of his office to explain or apologize for it. It was a very disappointing experience, I would not recommend Rosen Honda dealership.

Took my car in Saturday after Thanksgiving and was out within an hour. Great service, friendly attendants.
