Signed contracts, customer service, and ethics mean nothing to this sorry excuse for a business. Left my entire family stranded at the last min because the quote there company gave us, that we signed a contract for was not enough. The lazy movers cried and complained from the second they walked in the door till they unpacked the truck on to the driveway of the home we were moving out of. The management team basically told us to sue them because they were going to lose money either way. The lack of customer service is pathetic and honestly makes me wonder how such awful practices keep this company in business. I hope this company gets shut down because nobody should have to go through what my family did yesterday.
