Serena Ortiz at Studio 21 is great. She never disappoints me at all. I feel and look great every time I visit her. Whether it is color, highlights, cut or style, she does it all. Go visit, you won't be disappointed either.

Go to Serena Ortiz. I have been a faithful follower of hers for some odd years now and I have never looked back. She's up to date on all the latest techniques and I promise you will always leave her chair feeling gorgeous!

Serena Ortiz is the best. She pays attention to details and always has a positive attitude. She is awesome with color and cuts. She stays up to date on the latest styles, but doesn't ever push you to change.

You must make an appointment for a cut/color with Serena Ortiz. She is excellent at what she does and she is always willing to listen to what I "think" i can do with my hair! She will make suggestions and comments about my ideas if she thinks they would not be for me and she does it in such a way that you feel like it was all your idea and she is always spot on with knowledge of cuts, colors, ahir types, which product would be good (or not) for me to use. SHe is just great.

I get my nails done here by Tan and he is fabulous. My nails always look professional, and nice. I used to use a place down in grays lake and my nails always lifted and looked thick but not when Tan does them. He is always on time for appts and always pleasant. I have been going to him for almost 2 yrs now and I'm so glad I found him.

Carrie is the best! I've been going to her since I moved to Illinois in 2008 and I'm always very happy with my hair. She always takes her time with my appointment, never rushing me through like some long-term stylists I've been to in the past at other salons. I get thoughtful and honest advice from her when I think about using a new product or making a change and she's is always willing to show me (a completely non-skilled hair person) how to do something with my hair that I can't figure out. I look forward to my appointments because I know my hair will look great and she's just a great person to work with and chat with. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about my stylist. She's definitely 5-star!

I've been to a lot of massage therapists, so I know the difference between a good one and a bad one, and ALEETA is one of the best. She took the time to ask me what I wanted, what kind of pressure, and got into more detail than most therapists do. The result was an incredible massage with the perfect pressure. I like therapeutic massages that really work on releasing the tension in the muscles and I left feeling peaceful and relaxed. I highly recommend Aleeta - she really cares about her clients!

I have always had thick hair and usually kept it pretty long. Vicki Millard has been cutting my hair for many years and I have always LOVED every style we tried on me. Her color always turns out AMAZING. I have been keeping it one color, but even with that she has found a way to make it multi-dimentional and give the look of highlights with the technique she uses.



I had cut my hair from super long (almost waist lenght) to a cute inverted bob. I had that bob style for a while and of course loved it, but began missing my long hair. i was in the process of growing it out when Vicki approached me about the posibility of hair extensions. I always assumed they were just for women who wanted thicker hair. Since I have a full head of hair didnt expect them to look good on me.



She made me a believer. My hair whent from just under shoulder lenght to hitting my back in a few hours. I LOVED it. She took the time to show me how to style my new locks and gave me a bunch of techniques to make it look even more amazing. People were shocked when they found out my hair had extensions put in because it looked so natural.



I would go to Vicki Millard again and again to get my hair cut, colored, styled and get my extensions put in. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and extra special.

The spa services here are great. ALLETA is an amazing massage therapist. I highly recommend her. She is not only gives excellent massages but she is very friendly and professional.

I love the spa services at Studio 21. April was an excellent massage therapist. I would definitely recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and checked throughout the massage to see that i was happy with the massage. She was very friendly and professional. I have gone to Spa 21 for many years and have always had a great experience.

I've been coming to Studio 21 for over 17 years. I had been looking for a change since I hit the big 50 and my daughter suggested that I try Heather. She has always done fantastic cuts and colors on my daughter so I decided to go for it. I have uncontrollable natural curly/frizzy hair and thank goodness Heather is very experienced with my texture of hair. I found 3 different hair cuts that I liked but couldn't decide on which one I liked most, so she combined them all into one and added some highlights. She showed me what product to use in my hair as well as how to use a straightening iron. I can not tell you how great I felt walking out of the salon that night! I got compliments from other clients and stylists. In the days after, I was getting compliments from family, friends, and neighbors that loved the changes. I thought, Wow, I must have really looked bad!

I HIGHLY recommend Heather. She is GREAT!!

If you're really looking for a professional to take care of your cut, your color and your extensions (especially if you have fine hair) you must go to Vicki Millard. She's a wizard with hair!!!
