Run away from this shop. Dishonest and Incompetent Service

I brought my car for service because it was stalling. They recommended repairs which cost me over $800 and claimed that this should fix my vehicle. On my way home, I was located only 2 miles away from their Waukegan based shop) my “repaired car” stalled again and I had to call a tow truck. The shop refused to reimburse me for this expense which was their fault. They kept charging me and replacing parts, claiming that it should solve the problem. The car was never repaired. I took it to a dealership shop and they immediately recognized the problem and fixed it for $300. I spend over $1200 for unnecessary repairs at Don Wells shop and the main problem, car not running, was never found. I can’t believe that people like this do exist and are still in business. I wish I had money back then to sue to them for their dishonest and incompetent service.
