In my opinion, Roma's Italian Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Guthrie. To be fair, I haven't eaten at ALL the Guthrie restaurants, but still....and I don't even really like Italian food. I don't know about the cooks, but all the wait staff appear to really be Italian, lending authenticity to the atmosphere. They are very nice and the service is superb. The food is very good, though I think they over-do the capers a bit. Their pasta is homemade and there are different sauces available. In addition to the standard spaghetti, they have subs, seafood, pizza, chicken and veal dishes. Their prices are reasonable and they have a children's menu. I reccomend the Linguini with Clams - White Sauce or the Salmon Piccata. My son loves the Spaghetti with Maranara Sauce. As of 11/2011, their hours were:

Tuesday-Thursday - 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

Friday-Sunday - 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m.

Closed on Mondays
