They can be rude depending on who answers and don't know how to bag properly. Food is OK nothing that would make your taste buds sing. The driver never knows anything. They need to learn their menu.

I've been waiting for over an hour. I just called the store and they said the food is ready but they're waiting for the driver. Any place that can't deliver in an hour at 3 o'clock on a Tuesday is miss managed.
